If you have trouble using these forms online, download them your local computer. Go here to download and install the free Adobe Reader. Open your downloaded form with Adobe, fill it out and print it from there.
The Entry packets come in 4 options. Up to 4 entries, up to 8 entries, 12 and 16. If you have more than 16 entries (that’s awesome!) print two separate packets.
The packets start with the individual entry slips (4 per page). When you print the form you’ll need to cut out these slips as they go with your model on the table. Leave unused quadrants on these pages blank.
- Start with letter A and work across alphabetically.
- Chose your models category from the dropdown box.
- Put in an entry title.
- Enter your kit manufacturer(s).
- Enter the scale (example 1:72).
- Enter any notes or description for the judges.
- When you complete your entries, head to the last page of the form which is the “Master Entry Page”. You should see that your list of entries is automatically filled out.
- Enter your Full Name and Address.
- Your phone number and email are optional, but we hope you’ll join our email list.
- Print your forms with your custom entry information.
- When you arrive at the show and check in you will receive a contestant number. You will need to handwrite that number on your “Master Entry Form” and each “Entry Form” in the “Contestant #” box. If you enter more than 16 models you’ll get two contestant numbers.
